These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites and applications published by karvel ("karvel", "we", "us") — together, the "Services." By using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You're responsible for the content you create or upload, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Some Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly at karvel.dev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of the content you create within a karvel product. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content back to you as part of the Service.
You agree not to misuse our Services — including attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer them beyond what law permits, or use them to store or distribute unlawful content.
Where a Service is offered on a paid or subscription basis, pricing and billing terms will be shown at the point of purchase (including within the relevant app store). Taxes, refunds, and cancellations follow the policies of the platform through which you subscribed, in addition to any terms shown in-app.
You may stop using a Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or discontinue a Service with reasonable notice where practical.
Services are provided "as is." We work to keep them reliable and accurate but don't guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, karvel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of a Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.
